Constitutional Amendments that restrict individual rights

There is no place at all for these sort of amendments to the constitution of the U.S.  This only leads to strife, the one example is the 18th amendment which turned almost everyone into criminals and had to be repealed after the depression hit.  Why aren’t any of our representatives pointing out that amendments to the constitution should only be used to restrain government from actions, not to restrain the people.

Disneyworld and Disneyland

So, I took vacation right after the semester was out at UC Berkeley.  Went to Disneyworld for 5 days so I could ride their new ride, “Expedition Everest”, which turns out to be like the Disneyland classic, “Matterhorn”, on steroids!  What a really fun ride and a great addition to the Animal Kingdom theme park.  Rode it 6 times during my stay… the line didn’t seem to get very long.  Then it was back to the Bay Area for one night, and off to Anaheim and Disneyland, again.  I needed Disneyland just to recover from Disneyworld, which I forgot is so much larger in scale than disneyland that I overdid things and got blisters on my feet and stressed out my legs from walking so much.  Trying to decide whether I should go back to DL over the 4th weekend.
